Scent: citrusy, fresh, delicate yet complex
Blending: top note, medium
Properties: calming and uplifting (helpful for depression), antiseptic (esp. on skin, e.g. helpful for cold sores, acne), calming effect excellent for insomnia
How to use
Air: use 10-20 drops in a burner/diffuser
Body: dilute up to 5% in a carrier oil
Bath: use about 6 drops for full adult bath or foot soak
Composition: 100% pure and natural essential oil expressed from the peel of Bergamot (Citrus Bergamia) fruit.
Caution: Do not use undiluted. Keep out of reach of children. Seek advice of a medical professional if under medical care or pregnant.
