Love your Blue Stone Botanicals' natural health items, but can't get to Ubud to visit our shop?
Good news! Now you can purchase from us online and have your items delivered directly to your home or office.
Simply add the items you want to our online shopping basket and when you are ready to make your purchase click the 'view basket' button in the top-right corner of the page.
How you pay and how your items ship depend on whether you are ordering in Indonesia or from abroad. See the details on payment and shipping methods below.
~detail:Orders within Indonesia
- An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your online order (Monday-Saturday).
- Payment can be made by ATM bank transfer.
- Liquid items must be delivered by ground courier service.
- Non-liquid items will be delivered by TIKI or JNE.
International orders
- An invoice will be emailed to you within 24 hours of placing your online order (Monday-Saturday).
- An invoice for sending payment will be issued via Paypal in USD.
- Liquid items must be delivered by private couriers, either Fedex or TNT.
- Non-liquid items can be delivered by regular Indonesian post or private couriers Fedex or TNT.
Ordering & shipping policies
- All prices are quoted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR/Rp.)
- Goods will be shipped after full payment is received.
- Buyers are responsible for any bank charges.
- In the unlikely event of damaged goods, please contact us within 3 (three) days of the receipt of shipment, and provide your order number, name, description of the damage, and also a picture if possible.
