Properties: stimulates the mind, promotes wakefulness and
clarity of thought, digestive aide, pain-relieving (esp. headaches), decongestant (bronchitis, sinusitis)
How to use
Air: use 10-20 drops in a burner/diffuser
Body: dilute up to 5% in a carrier oil
Bath: use about 6 drops for full adult bath or foot soak
Composition: 100% pure and natural essential oil steam distilled from the leaf of the Peppermint (Mentha Piperita).
Caution: Do not use undiluted. Keep out of reach of children. Seek advice of a medical professional if under medical care or pregnant.
